General Instructions:
- Apply online at www.sitpune.edu.in on or before June 13, 2021.
- Preference will be given to GATE qualified candidates and admission of such candidates will be made based on the merit in GATE.
- Candidates with at least 50 percent marks or equivalent at graduation level or equivalent in respective qualifying exam would be eligible.
- Verification of Documents/ Certificates - Pass Certificate & Statement of marks of qualifying examination, GATE score card for GATE qualified candidate will be carried out online. One set of Original attested photocopies of documents to be submitted at the time of commencement of programme.
- The Candidate has to deposit Rs.1, 12, 500/- (i.e. Fee for first instalment Rs.92, 500/- and refundable security deposit Rs.20, 000/-) as the Provisional admission through online mode only.

- Pay the registration fee through online and fill the applicable fields and upload the required self-attested documents through online.
- If you are a Non-GATE candidate, please appear for the online entrance test followed by an online interview (Candidate need to show the Government photo ID proof during the interview).
- Merit list notification and sending payment URL/Payment link to the candidate by respective departments will be communicated via Email [branch wise GATE/Non gate candidates through institute online Entrance test and online interview by panel].
- After merit list declaration, the selected students have to make the payment in a given time period. Otherwise the seat will be offered to the next merit student.
- After the Online interview, a provisional admission letter will be issued to the selected candidates along with finance guidelines.
General instructions to GATE candidates:
- Online registration is compulsory.
- Pay the registration fee through online and fill the applicable fields and upload the required self-attested documents through online.
- After successful verification of documents, students can appear directly for the online interview by panel.
- Merit list notification and sending payment URL/Payment link to the candidate by respective departments will be communicated via Email.
- Once the fee payment confirms, the Provisional admission letter will be given to students.
- After merit list declaration, the selected students have to make the payment in a given time period. Otherwise the seat will be offered to the next merit student.
- After the Online interview, a provisional admission letter will be issued to the selected candidates along with finance guidelines.
