In my time at Symbiosis, I had learned that success it not my grades it's not my social status or even my employment. I ,Rahul Airan, graduated from Symbiosis Institute of technology in Computer Science and Engineering in 2022. My four years at Symbiosis were great and a memory to cherish for lifetime. It was full of learning and grooming oneself. It gave me an opportunity to meet different kind of people and learned many things. I am thankful to all the faculties, mentors and entire SIT as well as placement cell. Overall it was a great experience and lifetime memory at Symbiosis.
I am Drishti Singh, alumni of BTech Information Technology, 18-22 batch and currently working with Bajaj Finserv Ltd. My journey with symbiosis is definitely the one I will cherish for my entire life. The 4 years at SIT, with the most supportive and experienced faculty, have been a brilliant experience with exposure in both theory and practical domain. During pandemic, we got immense support from the department and the institute. The course structure along with guided research projects has helped me in excelling in my current job as well.
My message to the students seeking admission in SIT would be to enjoy the journey and be prepared for a wonderful 4 years filled with learning and opportunity to explore - both inside and outside the classroom.
I am Ria Singh, an alumni of Symbiosis Institute of Technology (2018-22) and I have completed my Btech (IT) and currently placed in Netcracker Technology Solutions as Junior. Software Developer.
It was my immense luck and fortune to be part of such a great institution. I have established my leadership, time management, and team skills and have also been able to advance these skills. The best thing about this college is the cross-culture interaction between students from various parts of the world. The professors here make the college what it is today. Our IT department conducted various activities which strongly built our skills and helped in gaining a lot of achievements. The placement cell provides a lot of training and development to prepare us for a good job, I have personally got 3 offer letters and am currently placed. I am happy to be a product of this esteemed institution.
As an alumnus of SIT, I am grateful for the profound impact it has had on my academic and professional journey. The institute's emphasis on research and exploration beyond the syllabus sparked my interest in various fields, particularly through my minor in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML).
The hands-on training with civil engineering software like Etabs, Revit, WaterGems, QGIS, ArcGIS, Mike+, Tableau, and SWMM was invaluable in enhancing my practical skills. The institute's support in participating in national and international competitions was equally significant. Highlights include securing 2nd place in India at the Concrete Canoe Competition by ASCE and competing in events like Aakaar by IIT Bombay and Mapathon by IIRC. These experiences fostered a spirit of innovation and teamwork.
SIT has been the cornerstone of my achievements, providing exceptional guidance and opportunities.
I graduated from Symbiosis International University three years ago, and I can confidently say that my experience here has shaped my career in ways I never imagined. The dedicated professors, the hands-on learning opportunities, and the supportive community all played a crucial role in preparing me for the professional world. I am grateful for the solid foundation I received during my time at this institution, which has enabled me to excel in my field and make meaningful contributions to society. During my time at Symbiosis, I found the infrastructure to be top-notch, providing a conducive environment for learning. The diversity among students added a valuable dimension to the overall learning experience. The institute's active involvement in sports, events, and scholarships further enriched my time there, allowing for a well-rounded education. Currently, I am employed as a design engineer at one of the oldest firms in Saudi Arabia, focusing on infrastructure development for new cities.
As an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Technology's Civil Engineering Department, batch 2015-2019, I can confidently say that my time at the institute was transformative.
